Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it.

Who operates this site

SlabResolve is an independent information and quote-request platform for concrete leveling in Central Indiana. We are not a contractor and we do not perform concrete work.

Information we collect

When you submit the quote request form, we record what you enter, which may include:

  • Your name, email address and phone number.
  • ZIP code, county and, if you choose to provide it, a property address.
  • Surface type, problem type, approximate area and approximate settlement.
  • Any description you write and any photographs you upload.
  • Basic request context: the page you submitted from, the referring page, and campaign parameters present in the URL.

We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers or other sensitive categories of personal information through this site.

Consent

The quote request form requires you to tick a consent box before it can be submitted. That box is never pre-selected. Without your consent, the submission is not recorded.

How the information is used

  • To record your project so appropriate concrete leveling providers can respond to it.
  • To contact you about that request.
  • To maintain and improve this website.

We do not sell your information as a standalone product, and we do not use your submission to send unrelated marketing.

Sharing with providers

The purpose of the form is to pass your project details to concrete leveling providers so they can quote. Once a provider receives your details, their own handling of that information is governed by their practices, not ours.

Provider-routing functionality is not currently connected. Until it is, submissions are recorded and are not distributed to any provider.

Storage and service providers

Submissions and uploaded photographs are stored using third-party hosting and database services that operate this site's infrastructure. Access to stored submissions is restricted to trusted server-side access; the public form can write records but cannot read them.

Retention

Submissions are kept as long as needed to handle the request and to keep basic records of it. You may ask us to delete your submission.

Your choices

  • You may ask what we hold about you.
  • You may ask us to correct it.
  • You may ask us to delete it.
  • You may decline to submit the form at all — nothing on this site requires it.

A public contact channel for such requests is not yet published on this site. We do not publish a postal address, telephone number or email address that does not exist, and one will be added here once it is in place. If you have already submitted a request and want it deleted, note that in a new submission and we will act on it.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising cookies. Where campaign parameters are present in a URL you arrived with, they are recorded alongside your submission so we can understand where requests originate.

Children

This site is intended for property owners and managers, not for children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published on this page. Please re-read it before submitting a new request.
